The decision to dedicate my life to the craft of cooking was taken immediately after I felt the powerful satisfaction one can have by basing his work on creativity. I believe that a recipe has no soul, but we as chefs poses the power of bringing one to it.
I have graduated with a Bachelor in Culinary Arts in Switzerland, followed by a MBA in Bulgaria. My experience in the Hospitality Industry comes from several restaurant concepts such as:
Michelin Star Establishments , Brasserie - French Bistro's and Pop-up Restaurants. In addition to that I have also competed in the Young Chef Olympiad 2020 representing Switzerland and my university, reaching 8th place from 60 countries.
